Pick out a tank top and a long sleeved shirt that match.
Cut the long sleeved shirt right under the armpits.
turn the bottom of the long sleeved shirt inside out and the tank top. Sew these two pieces together. This is the base of the dress.
save the top of the long sleeved shirt and wear it over the dress if it's cold out or if you like your arms covered.
