You Will Need

Step 1
Cut one inch wide strips of paper

Step 2Roll a strip around a marker. Then tape the end down so it won't unravel. For the tear drop shaped ones, just pinch one side to crease. For the heart shaped ones, fold a strip of paper at the center, and then roll both sides inward.

Step 3Arrange in a snowflake shape, and tape them together. Tada!
