Step 1Fry the curry powder in oil for a few mins.

Step 2Add sweet potatoes, onions, carrots, white potatoes, garlic & Ginger & coat in the spice for a couple of mins.

Step 3Add the stock & lime juice & cook until all potatoes & veg are soft & cooked.

Step 4When veg is cooked & soft, blend until desired smoothness.
Add the coconut milk.
Heat through.

Step 5serve.
