I made this cushion cover for my sister in law who also LOVES Hello Kitty just as much as me. The fabric started life as an old duvet cover. Simple yet effective :) Hope she likes it!

You Will Need

Step 1< I cut out two 18 inch squares of fabric (as that was how big my cushion pad was).

Step 2< Like this.

Step 3< I put both suares of fabric together and made sure the sides met. I then pinned 3 sides together, making sure the wrong side of the fabric was on the outside.

Step 4< I sewed the 3 sides I had pinned on my sewing machine.

Step 5With 3 sides sewed together, I placed some poppers (that came off the same duvet cover) on the side that wasn't sewed yet. I placed these roughly in the middle and did the same with the other side to check that they lined up.

Step 6< I turned the fabric the right way round- this was the fun part!!

Step 7< Then I put the cushion pad into the cushion cover, and did the poppers up. Hey presto- Hello Kitty cushion *^_^*
I love the fabric!
