Step 1Prepare your sushi rice like you normally would. Lay a nori sheet on a rolling mat and spread three quarters of the bottom with rice.

Step 2Top with carrot, cucumber and cab sticks.

Step 3Top with a tempura prawn and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 4Drizzle with teriyaki sauce.

Step 5Roll into one thick roll and wrap in tinfoil to serve.
