 First Project You Ever Made

I got a sewing machine for my 6th birthday (thanks mom!) The first thing that I made with it was a scrunchy for my afro. I would use old shirts as fabric and re-use the elastic from old panties for the scrunch! For me, recycling has always been the most fun and most accessible way to craft.

 Favorite Items to Make

Right now, I love making dresses. I also love to make food. Okay... I like to make anything with pom-poms, or a floral mod pattern - Actually I'm going through a whole re-upholstery phase right now... gosh... I totally can't decide. I love it all!
