This is what i was for Halloween. With a bunch of tulle cheap Halloween fabric and tons of kandi bracelets. I was the most colorful thing most any one has seen
Corset pattern was from Thread Banger (with a few adjustments) and i made up the tutu method myself. OH and the hair. OMG the hair. <3333
