I took a pen and the rubber part near the tip and took it off. I Cut off the small end with a pair of scissors and then cut the other half off until it was about half an inch or something. (As big as your ear lobes)

I then made sure that the outer rims were smooth by snipping at them with my scissors!

I put some moisturizer on my ear, scrunched the tunnel up and slipped it into my ear! Enjoy guys!!
