    Step 1

    Take a handful of the mixed fruit (i used a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries,) and dump them in the blender.

    Next, pour about 1/2 as much juice as there is fruit.

    Next, pour about 1/3 as much milk as there is fruit.

    Step 4

    Blend until soft. You might want to push the fruit at the top down to the bottom so it will blend all the way. Pour yogurt/ice cream and blend again.

    Pour into glass and enjoy!

Will powdered milk work? I don't have any real milk. and what about frozen strawberries? Or any frozen fruit for that matter? Will this work?

i followed Runtograce's comment and i used chopped bananas, 8 strawberries, a little bit of sugar, strawberry yogurt, and skim milk. it was DELICIOUS, let alone healthy!
