This took me way longer than it should have cause I'd never made one before! To get the simple shape was quick but I took extra time on the finishing touches.
You Will Need
-
- Felt for the petals
- Embroidery Thread in contrasting colours, for edging the petals
- Thread to sew the petals together
- Sequins to place around the button on the centre piece, and also on the petals
- 2.0 Button(s) 1 button to be covered in felt and the second one to be sewn onto the felt
- 3.0 Ribbon for the finishing touch!
- 1.0 Brooch Back
- Super Glue to attach the fabric to the brooch back (as I used one with a large disc attached)
