Step 1one the top (near the conical edge) make a hole for a jump ring or a bail to pass through. This can be done by heating a sharp needle or an awl and piercing a hole on the lenses.

Step 2cut out bits of pictures and glued them with mod podge. apply one coat of decoupage medium on the picture alone
For a glitter effect, apply silver nail enamel on the sides and let it dry completely.
Instead you could add any findings or beads to your lens (refer main image) and string it onto a necklace or a chain -
Step 3For a more blingy effect add some Rhinestones using decoupage glue. Once dry apply two more coats of clear polish to seal the entire thing.
Add a bail/ jump ring to it and The Blingy - Kitschy - recycled pendant is ready now
