  1. Step 1

    Step 1

this is how you draft your pattern.
this is how you take your measurements.
presumming i'm going to make an M sized dress.
i will use the fixed size M measurements for an example
    Neck: 32. taking 32/ 6 + 0.5 = 5.8 [for neck across] and 32/6+2= 7.3 [ for neck down]

    Shoulder: 34 34/2 = 17

    Bust: 86
    Front 86/4 +2.5 = 24
    Back 86/4= 21.5

    Waist: 64
    Front 64/4+1+3 =20
    Back 64/4-1+3 = 18

    Front Waist length: 41.5
    Back Waist Length : 39

    Front width: 28 28/2=14

    Back Width 32 32/2= 16

    Pitch of Breast: 17 17/2= 8.5

    Breast Point: 24

    Armpit: 40 40/2= 20

    Hip: 92

    Front: 92/4+1= 24
    Back: 92/4+2= 25

    for a TIGHTER skirt

    Front: 92/4+1 = 24
back: 92/4= 23 OR back 92/4-1= 22 [even tighter skirt]

Length of skirt: 55 (this is always up to you on how long you wan your skirt to be)

    Armpit: 40
    40+3= 43
    (43-8) / 2 = 17.5

    this is the back

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    this is the front

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    how you cut

That is just what I was looking for. Awesome. And the funniest part is that I recognize the cloth because I used it for a skirt once!
