A great way to sweeten your drink!

First, prep all of your ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- cutting mat or wax paper
- 4 METAL dessert spoons
For each 4 spoons use 1/4 cup of sugar -
Now, melt your sugar on medium heat until it becomes gooey and looks somewhat like syrup-this takes fairly long
Try to get all of the lumps out with a spatula (or other weapon of choice) it is okay if there are a few
Caution: don't touch the melted sugar because it is very very hot! -
Coat your spoons generously with the mixture, leave to harden and cool, and when ready stir into a drink and enjoy! :)
