Easy Rose Petals you can eat when they're finished! I got this recipie from the Counrty Living Magazine

Get 2 egg whites and whisk them together in a bowl untill they are bubbly, frothy and smooth. Whisk in a tablespoon of water

Get your rose petals. Shake off any insects and prehaps give them a little rinse under the tap, but completely dry them afterwards.

Line a Tray with baking parchment and put the rose petals on them. Brush each rose petal with the egg whites mixture and dust them over with lots of caster sugar

Leave them in a warm place overnight like in the loft or a radiator.

Thanks I'm glad you want to have a go at this, You can do it with any edible flower heads, I didn't really like the taste of the rose petal ones, but I did Violets and they were lovely! x

Ooo, thanks for the tip! I had violet flavored gum the other day and it was yummy, so maybe I'll try them.
