Fantasically yummy! And good for people who don't like chocolate.
So I don't know if this is the proper way to make them, it's probably not, but they taste the same :)
And they're so easy it's crazy :D

Step 1Beat the egg white until soft and fluffy.
When you lift the beaters up, there should be peaks forming.Mix the vanilla essence and food colouring in. I always think pastel colours look best with these, but its up to you :)

Step 2Slowly beat the icing sugar in, using as much as you need until its beats easily with the beater, but it's slightly difficult to mix by hand.

Step 3Clip a zip lock bag to a draw or door handle, and scoop the icing into one of the bottom corners.

Step 4Smoosh all the icing down into the corner and twist the bag around tightly.
Snip about half a centimeter off the corner of the bag. Be careful not to cut too much off, or it gets really messy.

Step 5
Put the baking paper onto the baking tray and start piping your eggs on.
The first few usually look really weird until you get the hang of it :)
You don't have to make eggs, you can make pretty much any shape you want, and they can be all different colours.

Step 6
If your really bad at free hand shapes, you can draw shapes onto the other side of the paper in pencil then pipe your icing on the other side :)
After your happy with the shapes, put them in the fridge.
It depends on how cold your fridge gets (don't freeze them, they taste REALLY gross!) but I usually leave mine in over night.
Just make sure they're hard before you pick them up :) -
Step 7Oh and they look REALLY weird and retarded until they finish setting :)
So you know. Lol
They look all, stringy? I guess.
But they blend in and stuff and then they end up smooth :)
But with the second try it worked out! :-D I have them in a bowl so I can eat them whenever I like.
