i saw one similar in a movie i once watched and it stuck in my head. this weekend i was wondering through the $2 near mum's and found the bracelet in the halloween stuff so i grabbed it. please excuse me for looking so crappy in the picture my grandad died 2 days ago.

collect your gear, headband, bracelet, felt, pegs or clamps and hot glue

cut the ends off the bracelet dont throw them they might be useful one day

put the head hand on and place the bracelet on it mark where you want the bracelet to sit

run glue up the center on the back of the bracelet and press onto headband where you marked. clip a couple pegs on to hold it down and give it a little squeeze to make sure its stuck. wait a few....

run glue down the headband and on both sides. place your piece of felt and press it down. put some pegs on the hold it and gentaly push down carful not to burn yourself. let it cool and ya done
