Striped Hair Bow

  • Completed Project: Striped Hair Bow Picture #1

Nothin' but nautical.

I had an old kiddie dress with a nice striped fabric. So I cut it up. And I have scraps I'm intending to use.

This was my first project with the material.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Create the bow using this technique, except make it smaller (or bigger, if you prefer).

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Take your needle and thread and sew on the bobby pin, making sure to connect only the back side material.

Make sure it's very strong, or it'll fall off when you put it on. :c

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

The back should look like this now.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Proudly wear it in your luscious hair. Or lovely hair, if you prefer. :3
