Saw a piece of wood large enough for your chosen map.
I made round corners but you can chose not to :)
Then paint it in any colour you like, I used primer paint in tree layers.
Let it dry !!

Print out a piece of map (country you like,...)and put it, where you want it, on your bord.

Then beat the nails into the wood, round your peace of map, 0,5 cm between each one and letting 0,5 cm above the wood.

Just go on :)

Cut out a heart of paper and glue it, where you want it.

Then go round it with your nails.

Remove the map.
Take your cord and put it round a nail of the country and then round one of the heart, just do this a few times round the one's from the heart, the nails on the outside you turn just one time!

Repeat :)
Glue the end of the cord with fabric glue.

Paint the heart if you want!
DONE !!
