Simple but delicious dessert.

I made a huge Tiramisu for my street feast. Because every one is crazy about strawberries I decided to add some. Every one liked it and the dish was soon empty. The good thing about Tiramisu is that it's not difficult to make and there is no oven needed. The recipe is for 8 people.

Recipe

  1. Step 1 1

You need this (See the list).

  2. Step 2 2

    And this:
Scale, 2 bowls, mixer, dish 1 1/2 liter, small sieve, knife, spoon, kitchen scraper, shallow dish, mug.

  3. Step 3 3

Take the cream, but it in the smallest bowl and add one spoon sugar.

  4. Step 4 4

Mix it until it looks creamy and delicious.

  5. Step 5 5

Like this. Taste the softness, it's so nice. But not too much.

  6. Step 6 6

Split the yolk from the white by breaking the egg and carefully throwing the yolk from shell to shell. Drop the white in a mug. You will not use this. You can bake it for lunch or make some pavlovas, don't spill to much food.

  7. Step 7 7

Add the rest of the sugar. You will only have for yolks. I made twice the recipe. Mix it.

  8. Step 8 8

When it's mixed you add the cheese. Not all at once!

  9. Step 9 9

Now you have two bowls. One with the cheese and eggs and one with the whipped cream.

  10. Step 10 10

Now you are going to mix the cream whit the cheese. Use the scraper.

  11. Step 11 11

Pour the coffee into the shallow dish and add the liqueur. You do taste the alcohol but you're not going to get drunk for it. If you don't like it leave it. This one is almond flavored and it's really nice!

  12. Step 12 12

Lay the sponge fingers for a short time in the coffee. They will get soft but they should not fall apart when you pick them up.

  13. Step 13 13

Cover the bottom of the dish.

  14. Step 14 14

Cover it with the cream and cheese mixture.

  15. Step 15 15

Wash and clean the strawberries and put them on the mixture.

  16. Step 16 16

Add more mixture and sponge fingers. This time you don't drown them in the coffee.

  17. Step 17 17

Add one more layer mixture and make it flat. Wait an our before eating it.

  18. Step 18 18

Before you serve it use the sieve to cover the cream with cacao powder. Remember that it's all about the presentation. Clean the rim of the dish. Put some strawberries on it, make it look delicious.
