A very nice treat to enjoy
This ice cream very much makes me think of a banana split.
I used a lot of pineapple juice as well as some pineapple chunks to mix in with the strawberries.

Step 1Beat the egg and 1/3 cup sugar together until creamy.

Step 2Add in 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup milk, and about 3/4 cup of fruit.
I mashed a few strawberries and added some pineapple chuncks as well as the juice.

Step 3Mix it well and your ice cream base is ready to use
