I started out by making a bain-marie, with a saucepan, glass bowl and water. I boiled the water underneath the glass bowl, broke up the chocolate and melted it in the bowl.
After the chocolate was completely melted, I dipped in the strawberries.
I placed them on a tray.
Then I put them in the fridge for the chocolate to set.
It was then that my mum asked the eternally stupid question: "have you left over any chocolate". Yes. Yes of course.
After 15 minutes I took them out of the fridge.
And....the finished product!
