Based on Stove Top Pizza by Maria Isabel
saw this on <a href="http://herkaleidoscopeye.blogspot.com">maria isabels blog</a> the other day and wanted to give it a go. the dough came out a bit salty the first time but the second time i left the salt out and it was a lot better.
i used red and yellow peppers, onions, red onions and chorizo.
oh, and i don't have a skillet so i just used a big frying pan.
