Knitter's Little Helpers

  • Completed Project: Knitter's Little Helpers Picture #1

Based on Stitch Markers by Cat Morley

Sometimes I have to get up and take a break from knitting or go make a cup of tea. So to remember whether next I need to knit or purl or to mark where I'm up to I made these. They clip on easily to stiches.

All you need to do is take the thread and tie a knot around the first peice of old jewellery or bead.

Then thread the other beads and letter bead on and tie the rest of the thread around the last peice of old jewllery.

Then add a clasp by using pliers by pulling the links open and closing them again. Be careful when doing this with old or cheap jewellery as sometimes they can snap!
