Gather your supplies. You can buy a clock kit at Michaels or another craft store for pretty cheap, and spray paint is optional if you want to change the color of the clock numbers and hands.

Paint the clock your first color (the darker one) and let dry completely. Add another coat if necessary. Once the bottom coat is dry, lay the stencil on the wood and secure it with tape. Use a stencil brush to paint the second color over the stencil, and move the stencil around once the paint has dried.

Spray paint the clock numbers and hands a color that coordinates with the wood, and use glue to secure them, spacing them out accordingly. Insert the clock pieces according to the package's instructions, and hang on your wall to display.
