I found the hat at Goodwill for $2.00 and knew I had to get it. My 12 year old niece is dressing up in the Steampunk Style for Halloween and the hat is perfect. I added some lacey type ribbon around the brim of the hat over a few feathers. Than glued a metal ring and a scrapbook embelishment on top for some Steampunk flair. It looks great on her.
