Steam Punk mini skirt
I made this skirt for a Steam Punk costume a while back. I used material left over from some curtains I made previously. I also used faux suede for the buckle straps. The three buckles in the front of the skirt are functional, allowing for various lengths. This skirt looks best worn with a bustle underneath.
