i made the crackers myself if anyone would like the recipe message me and i will post it. I cut the crackers into little squares before i baked them once they were cool i sliced the straberries the put a slit down the center of one and stacked them to make them 3D! the i piped a little yogurt on the cracker and placed the strawberry stack on top. then I garnished with a fresh mint leaf. This was all part of one of my groups final platters for advance buffet catering! it was a breakfast theme. They are delicious simple and elegant and they are very colorful so they look beautiful when you sereve them to your guests!!!! yummmmmmy :)
