  1. Step 1

    Remove elastic from mask and lay mask on paper to protect work area

  2. Step 2

    Glue mask to 12 inch wood dowel at one corner with glue gun let dry

  3. Step 3

    Spray mask with spray glue

  4. Step 4

    Shake white glitter on sprayed mask and let dry

  5. Step 5

    Arrange red feathers to same corner as dowel

  6. Step 6

    Arrange white ribbons and star garland strands and glue to same corner of mask as dowel over feather ends. Let dry

  7. Step 7

    Glue star gem over ribbons, let dry
