Star Skirt

One pair of flood pants plus on free shirt from Red Cross blood donor
...becomes a hip new skirt for a tween.

I cut the 'yoke' of the skirt from the best detailing from the pants (the waist and hiney still fit) but above the crotch; the gored skirt was four pieces of a free blood donor t-shirt, with an appliqué from a stained old outgrown shirt stitched on in pink.
