Star Earrings

Make your ears glow in the dark.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    For each earring you will need an earring hook, a small jump ring and a glow in the dark star. Open the jump ring slightly using needle nose pliers.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Make a hole rin the top corner of star with a nail or a sharp needle. (Be careful I managed to make my finger bleed with this step but I wasn't paying attention.)


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Slip the jump ring through the hole.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Slip the earring hook on to the jump ring also.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Close the jump ring and prepare to glow.

ive done earing like that before if you shop around they sell glow in the dark with holes already (to save your blood) . also just to say i love this site and cant wait to have a go at some of its many ideas :)

I made some of these a few years ago, but I put a needle over a candle flame (held with pliers!!) for a few seconds then melted a hole through.

They look super awesome in blacklights too ;D
