"Starlight, star bright: Light up the sky tonight!!" -Summoner of the Blue moon
Ok I had a dream about a magical girl group called the Pretty Summoners, the Dragon Queen was one of them.
Anyway, they had these cute little kelidascope wands with a star on top, and with the phrase above stated a sparklely light/ sparkly lights shot out of it. It was so Kawaii, cool, (and bright)
I had to have one! So I made a replica of the star stick.
By the way: incase this mixture evaporates can someone give me a house hold alternative that's colorless and won't evaporate?
