I made a lot of minor mistakes on this but it's mostly for myself and for the experience. I really love the way it turned out and I'm eventually going to make more.
I used black suede, semiprecious stone beads (which are expensive!!) and a vintage umbrella-shaped shank button.
This was definitely a bit of a test of my jewelry-making skills! (And it was a test of my patience, too!) The second picture is a pic I took after I had just started it.
