Step 1
Put a good amount of sprinkles on the paper plate. Put lip gloss on your lips (a good coat of it)

Step 2
Put your lips into the sprinkles, making sure you have gotten all the spots with lip gloss on them covered with sprinkles

Step 3
Take your finger or q-tip and swipe off the sprinkles VERY CAREFULLY!!! off the areas where you don't want them.
If needed take one extra sprinkle at a time to fill in holes that were missed when you originally put sprinkles on.
