I love these!
I used blue & yellow chick peeps, and green edible easter grass instead of coconut (the store was out, can you believe it?).

Thank u...thanks for posting this project, everyone loved them...and they tasted delish! You might see me posting some for other holidays as well, lol.
Yes, the edible Easter grass is unusual stuff...doesn't really taste like anything (it's made from potato starch), but it worked. I think I would use the coconut if I had the chance again, because it is more realistic and has more coverage...prob tastes better too! :)

Thank u, and thanks for posting this project...everyone loved them, and they tasted delish! Don't be surprised if you see me post some for other holidays, lol. Yes, the edible easter grass is unusual stuff, but it worked (made from potato starch)...i would use coconut next time for better covereage and taste! :)
