Most of my materials were leftovers for other projects or from the dollar store. I made the headpiece by taking a circular sheet of plastic canvas, cutting out and gluing fabric/felt to each side of the disc, gluing that to the headband (securing with a piece of felt laid across the headband and the fabric covered disk), and then gluing the various tulle, flowers, and accessories on.
