A cute twisted wire necklace!
I had found a similar style on modcloth, and decided to just go for it and see what I came up with. I'm pretty impressed with the results and have even received quite a few compliments on it.

  • Step 1

Cut 4 inches of wire. Now cut 30 3-inch pieces of wire. Twist the 3-inch wire around itself, while still leaving a loop at the top. Do this for every piece of wire, stringing them on the 4-inch wire once twisted. It might be a good idea to file down the tips of the wires.

  • Step 2

Cut enough chain for your desired length necklace and cut in half. Attach jump rings on the ends of the 4-inch wire, now strung with twisted charms. Attach the jump rings to one end of each chain. Then attach the clasps to the other end. Your necklace is now complete!
