get your supplies

the peppers, the spinage dip and the mushrooms
core the peppers and slice in half

in a bowl, mix some spinage dip and chopped mushrooms
spoon the spinage and mushroom mix into the pepper and pop into the oven

bake at 350 degrees for about 20 mins
