get your supplies
the peppers, the spinage dip and the mushrooms

Step 2core the peppers and slice in half

Step 3in a bowl, mix some spinage dip and chopped mushrooms

Step 4spoon the spinage and mushroom mix into the pepper and pop into the oven
bake at 350 degrees for about 20 mins
