1. 

   first, take the glue and pour in into the cup. do the same with the nail polish.

2. 

   mix them together so it turns the color of the nail polish.

3. 

   spill them on saran rap so it looks real.

4. 

   place the bottle on the spilled GLUE+NAIL POLISH so it looks like somebody spilled it. do the same with the brush.

5. 

   wait 24 to 48 hours for the GLUE+NAIL POLISH to dry.

6. 

   take it off! have fun tricking family and friends into thinking you've "SPILLED THE PAINT!"
