Spicy Green Bean And Cumin Devilled Eggs

  1. Step 1

    Hard Boil all 12 eggs and peel when cool.

  2. Step 2

    Slice eggs in halves so that you have 24 bite sized bits of goodness.


  3. Step 3

    Softly scoop out yolks from eggs and put in a medium sized bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Add chopped beans and as much mayonaise as you want (usually around 1/2 cup-3/4
    cup or more) and mash together in bowl. Once it looks like it's about to get creamy, add
    cumin to taste.


  5. Step 5

    With a teaspoon, add your new delicious filling to the yolk-free holes in the eggs.

  6. Step 6

    Once you've completed all 24, plate on a fun plate or serving tray and sprinkle with
    paprika (or more cumin if you don't have paprika) for taste.

  7. Step 7

    Refrigerate (or if you're in Prince George where it's really cold in the winter, put it outside)
    until ready.
