Firstly cut up the mushrooms into quarters, and put them into a saucepan with the olive oil.
Grind your spicy italian herbs up in a pestle and mortar with the garlic, until you have a paste.
Next add the butter and mix it into a yummy spicy paste
When the mushrooms are cooked (about 10 mins on a low heat, don't let them burn or brown!!) pour them into a bowl, and mix in the spicy garlic butter!
