Great for holiday gift baskets & Christmas stockings! Teacher's gifts!

I get my spices cheap at a spice store instead of a grocery store.
3cups dry nonfat milk powder
1&1/2cups sugar
1cup unsweetened instant tea
3/4cup vanilla powdered nondairy creamer.
1 1/2tsp ground ginger
1 1/2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp ground cardamon
1/tsp ground cloves
opitional garnish-
whipped cream
I found this recipe in TASTE OF HOME magazine. This is a great magazine to have there's so many recipes & ideas! This recipe was sent in by reader Dee Falk of Nebraska.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Place in-
    Coffee grinder or food processor.
    I use a coffee grinder. Grinding small amounts of mix at a time.
    Grind till powdery.
    Store in a airtight container or tightly closed baggies. Then place in giftbags.
    Store in a cool,dry place for up to 6 months.

  3. Step 3 3

    TO PREPARE 1 SERVING-
    Dissolve 3tbsp of mix in 3/4cup of boiling water; stir well,dollop with whipped cream.
