Get Ready for Fall with Pumpkin Treats
I found this yummy looking pumpkin cookie recipes and just had to make some :) I would have used Dark Choc. Chips but I couldn't find any at the store.

  • Step 1

    FOR COOKIES

    In a small bowl Stir together
    2 1/4 Cup Flour
    1 1/2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    Set aside for later

    In a large bowl add
    1 Cup Butter, softened
    1 Cup Sugar
    Beat until Creamy. The add in
    2 Eggs
    15 Ounces %100 Pure Pumpkin
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla
    Beat until Creamy again.

    Slowly add Dry Ingredients to Large bowl, mixing as you go. When its al mixed fold in
    2 Cups Chocolate Chips.

    Drop rounded tablespoon size scoops of dough onto lined or non-stick baking sheets.

    Bake at 375'F for 8-10 min.

  • Step 2

    FOR ICING

    In small bowl add
    1 Cup Powdered Sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 Tablespoons Milk
    1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
    1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

    Mix until creamy.
    Spoon into a ziplock/plastic bag,
    Cut a tiny part of one corner off and use it as an icing bag to drizzle the icing over cooled cookies.
