Here's everything you need, you might want to use masking tape to line the area but I have a steady enough hand not to need to use any. It's up to you.

Simply paint on the glitter glue on the areas you've decided upon and keep adding more coats until you're satisfied. Don't forget to let them dry inbetween!

Covering just the heel didn't look right so I covered another area too.
This is what hey looked like after 3 coats. I think I might add some more though!
