Step 1Grab your old tamagotchi because its time for a makeover.

Step 2use nail varnish remover to remove the design, it would sick up under the paint and create an uneven surface.

Step 3cover screen and infared top with masking tape and spray with a base colour. Here I'm using decorative silver spray.

Step 4Paint with sparkley base nail polish, exept for a few details in which the base colour can show through.

Step 5stick on some shaped stickers to act as a resist.

Step 6paint all over with crackle nail polish and allow to dry.

Step 7remove the sickers to reveal a pattern! now you can also take off the masking tape.

Step 8add stick on jewels for decoration.
