Find a pair of heels/flats whatever. I find that suede works best.

Gather fine black (or whichever colour you wish) coloured glitter and paper mache' glue or super glue and mix together in a container.

Use paintbrush and brush mixture onto shoe. continue this step three more times or until satisfied.

Use hairspray and COAT the glitter then leave overnight to dry.

Make sure you have glitter left over for touch ups as it may leave a sparkly trail wherever you go.
