You Will Need

Step 1First apply your black eye liner. thicker for a more dramatic look.

Step 2Now add your pretty eye shadow, i used my sliver wet n wild color icon number 302.

Step 3aaaaand your done! this is super simple and can have so much more added to it. i might just check some of cut out and keeps amazing makeup tutorials to play this look up(:
