You only need:onion,potatoes and eggs.Very simple and delicious.

    Step 1

    Fried the potatoes that you cut before laminates.
    After that reserved the oil in a glass and chopped half onion(fried it until is cooked but not burn).
    Mix the chips with 5 eggs in a big bowl, and remove.Put everything in pan and be carefull when you turn it over!!
