Soy Marinated Tofu

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Cut your tofu, or quorn fillet, in to long strips and place in a baking pan. Pour the soy sauce in a bowl and squeeze in juice from half of the orange. Chop up the remaining orange and place on top of the tofu. Leave to marinate for several hours.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Turn the tofu over and then cook for an hour at 400 C in an oven.
