Sorry for my bad English, I am from Estonia, that's why my ingredients look bit diffrent by packages! But I hope you like it and show me how your's turned out!

First, get all of your ingredients. (cocoa powder, sour cream and sugar if you have unsweeted cocoa powder)

Add more sugar if it's not that sweet as you want.
