A nice hot drink to help ease a sore throat.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Put 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of lemon juice into the mug. Put the kettle on.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    When the water's boiled, put it into the mug. Stir until the honey dissolves.

    It's now ready to drink! ^o^

adding whisky to this will also help stop a cough and make you feel mucho better!

I put in cloves, because they have numbing and antiseptic properties (and they taste like christmas!)and whisky. loads of whisky.

I use this in my tea, either lemon juice or honey (not both) and you are right, it really does help with a sore throat!!!
